TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using addicted.gg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using addicted.gg, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be provided. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Coins & Rewards

• Coins are virtual tokens earned through wagering on partner platforms using our affiliate codes.
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coins can be redeemed for items in our Store, subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin balances, earn rates, and store prices at any time.
• Abuse of the coin system (including multi-accounting, exploitation of bugs, or fraudulent activity) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all coins.
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Partner Platforms

addicted.gg partners with third-party gambling platforms. We are not responsible for the services, terms, or practices of these platforms. Your use of partner platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We do not operate, control, or guarantee any gambling services. Any disputes arising from the use of partner platforms must be resolved directly with the respective platform.

6. Leaderboards & Prizes

Leaderboard rankings are determined by wager data provided by partner platform APIs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee it due to potential delays or errors in third-party data. Prize distribution is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to disqualify participants suspected of cheating, manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

7. Store & Purchases

Items purchased through the Store are fulfilled on a best-effort basis. Delivery times may vary depending on the item type (digital items, skins, cryptocurrency payouts). We reserve the right to cancel orders, refund coins, or modify store offerings at any time. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to addicted.gg and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., challenge screenshots), but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for Platform operation and promotion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Impersonate other users or staff
• Engage in any form of fraud or deception
• Harass or abuse other users or staff
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us via Discord or email. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Remaining coin balances and pending orders will be forfeited upon account deletion.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, all rights to coins, rewards, and pending orders are forfeited.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of data, or availability of rewards. Use the Platform at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, addicted.gg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of coins, data, profits, or expected rewards.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, server failures, partner platform API changes or outages, cyberattacks, or changes in applicable laws or regulations.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.

17. Responsible Gambling

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or our Discord server. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
